Parimatch Foundation conducted an inclusive training for children in Rivne
On March 14 in Rivne in the gym of the secondary school №13 Parimatch Foundation held an inclusive football training for children within the All-Ukrainian comprehensive program of the fund “Yes, I can”. This program aims to encourage children to play sports and create all the necessary conditions for sports to be equally accessible to all.
During the training there were sports relay races for children, as well as a football master class from the football players of NC “Veres” Dmitry Makhnev and Mykyta Polyulyakh.
“I have extremely positive impressions. After all, during the training the children smiled a lot and had fun. If we are invited again in the future, we will definitely come, ” shared the defender Dmitry Makhnev .
More than a dozen children joined the classes, and because they had special needs, they were actively helped by their parents, who together with the coaches supported them during the exercises. In general, everything was in the form of a game, during which the child had fun. And at the end of the event, the children received gifts from the Parimatch Foundation.
The event was also organized by the football academy “Standard”, which will continue to hold classes with children with disabilities. Such trainings will be weekly, every Saturday in the gym of the school №13 in the North district.
Yevhen Dontsov, founder of the football academy “Standard” : “We are grateful to our partner for the opportunity to realise this social project together. We hope such children will be able to participate even more on a regular basis, which will improve their lives. ”
Katerina Belorusskaya, President of the Parimatch Foundation International Charitable Foundation: “Sports and physical education for children with disabilities are not just about supporting their health and rehabilitation. Very often this is the main opportunity for socialization and realization of the child’s talents in the team. This is what makes children’s lives better and gives bright positive emotions. ”
The project “Yes, I can!” proved to be excellent last year and in 2021 the international charitable foundation Parimatch Foundation plans to open inclusive sports groups in 10 more regions of Ukraine and to involve at least 300 children with disabilities. Currently, such groups have already been implemented in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv. This year Cherkasy, Rivne and Lutsk joined. In the long run, the goal of the project “Yes, I can!” is to create a decent sports environment for children with disabilities throughout Ukraine.
As part of the charity program of the Parimatch Foundation, a motivational training with a professional boxer took place.
The Foundation, in partnership with HC Sokil, has initiated the Training with a Star project for the second time.
Everyone will be able to get on the rink regardless of age and ability to skate.
