Chornomorets players took part in the “Training with a Star” project
On November 16, an event of the Parimatch Ukraine “Training with a star” took place at the Chornomorets club in Sauvignon. During the event, journalists were able to communicate with the players, as well as hold a training session and a bilateral match together with the players of Chornomorets.
Due to the informal atmosphere, the meeting between the media and the players turned out to be very emotional. This allowed the participants of “Training with a Star” to communicate more freely, everyone laughed, joked, and shared their emotions after a friendly match .
The event was attended by footballers Maksym Braharu, Beka Vachiberadze, Kristian Bilovar, Andriy Shtogrin, as well as former team players Oleksiy Antonov and UEFA Cup winner Shakhtar Oleksiy Hai.
Andriy Shtogrin, a football player of FC Chornomorets, shared his impressions of the unusual event:
It’s a good idea to train with journalists. This way they will be able to better understand how our preparation for matches goes, how much effort it takes to achieve a result on the field. Thank you to the journalists who came to us. The game is great!
Journalists and footballers were so fascinated by the game that they did not want to part and played two matches. The footballers admire the level of play of the journalists and thank the guests for their visit and hope for informational support in the future.
Alyona Kobozeva, Head of Communications Parimatch Ukraine stressed the importance of informal communication between journalists and athletes:
Thanks to the “Training with a Star” project, media representatives will learn better how teams live and what problems there are in sports. Because now is a difficult time for sports and you need to maintain interest in competitions. We all do the same thing and that is why it is important that all participants in the process have the opportunity to communicate.
The next traditional “Training with a Star” from Parimatch Ukraine will be held on December 6 together with the basketball club “Khimik” in the city of Yuzhny.
