Oleksandr Usyk and Parimatch Ukraine put up signed boxer’s gloves to help Ukrainians
A few days ago, the champion’s house in Vorzel, Kyiv region was destroyed by russian occupiers. Olexander is currently preparing for the rematch against Anthony Joshua to be held this spring. But at the same time the athlete continuously appeals to Ukrainians, recording videos, motivating people to keep on fighting against the aggressor.
Ukrainian world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, ambassador of the responsible game of Parimatch, continues to help Ukraine not only in words but also in deeds. The other day the boxer joined a charity auction initiated by Parimatch Ukraine and its partners. All proceeds will be used to buy medicines, bulletproof vests, thermal imagers, and other necessary things for Ukrainians.
Oleksandr Usyk signed his gloves at a press conference in Kiyv on September 28 after the winning fight against Joshua. The auction has already started on Parimatch Ukraine’s official Instagram page. Everyone can write the price he is ready to buy the lot for in the comments below the post (starting price is 15 thousand UAH). The auction will last 48 hours, and the largest bid wins.
It is to be recalled that this is the second auction of the athletes’ collectibles from the Parimatch Ukraine Museum. The winner of the first auction bought Mike Tyson’s gloves for 50,000 hryvnias and has already transferred funds to help Ukraine.
The total cost of the help reached UAH 8.5 million.
The ambulance is intended for transporting seriously ill and wounded persons and is equipped with everything necessary for specialists to provide emergency care directly in the car.
